Alexandria Lugo , Treasurer

Alexandria Lugo is a dedicated family support specialist, nonprofit leader, and small business owner with a deep commitment to serving families raising children with disabilities. She is the founder of Empowerment Family Services, a family-centered business that offers one-on-one coaching and guidance to parents navigating therapy, insurance, educational services, and community resources for their children.

As a mother of four two of whom are on the autism spectrum Alexandria brings personal experience, compassion, and practical knowledge to everything she does. Her work is rooted in the belief that no parent should have to navigate the complex world of special needs support alone.

In her role as Secretary of the Golden Keys Foundation, Alexandria helps drive the organization’s mission forward with care, clarity, and a heart for advocacy. Her professional expertise includes special education navigation, SSI application support, grant research, and connecting families to the services they need most.

Outside of her professional work, Alexandria enjoys trips to the beach, traveling, and spending time with her family and three beloved pets.
